Attenoukon Honored as the Outstanding Staff Mentor / Advocate at the 2020 Summit

“The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image but giving them the opportunity to create themselves.” This describes perfectly the impact that Dr. Miriam Attenoukon effects in her role as the Hudson Holland Scholars Program STEM Coordinator. Her mentoring and guidance have empowered and inspired many students with the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

“Mimi” works tirelessly to serve as a champion for her students, she believes in their potential, and she serves as a consistent source of compassion, guidance, and patience. The Center of Excellence for Women & Technology is proud to honor Dr. Miriam Attenoukon as our Outstanding Staff Mentor /Advocate award winner for 2020.
