About Claudia Ramly
Claudia Ramly is a global education and workforce strategist focused on helping people upskill and reskill in the age of generative AI. Her career spans roles with organizations such as Eli Lilly, Medtronic, UNESCO, AI for Education, health policy consultancies, and educational technology startups—giving her a rare, cross-sector perspective on how technology and learning intersect.
She holds two fully funded Master’s degrees in Public Health and Learning Sciences and has served as Global Director of Education Strategy at Women in AI, as well as on the Education Board for the Data Visualization Society. Her work is grounded in the science of adult learning and driven by a commitment to expanding access, opportunity, and career mobility—especially for women in tech-enabled fields.
At the Women & Technology Summit, Claudia will equip attendees with the mindset and tools needed to design resilient, adaptable careers in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
