Job Openings

Yes, you can apply for multiple positions, but you can only hold one position at a time. If you receive multiple job offers, you will have to choose only one to accept.

If you'd like to apply for more than one position, you'll need to fill out a separate application for each job opening you are applying for. 

Each team holds interviews and hires independently, so the time frame may vary. Since we receive such a large volume of applications, it may take 2-4 weeks before you receive a response about your application or an invitation to interview. 

If you don't hear back within 4 weeks, or if you have any questions about your application, feel free to email cewit@iu.edu to inquire about your application.

Typically, each position hires for a full academic year starting in August and ending in May. Most internships do not continue through the summer unless specified in the job description. If you are only available for one semester, your application may not be considered, except under special circumstances.
