University Fellow, Indiana University
Laurie Burns McRobbie served as Indiana University First Lady from 2007 to 2021. With a long career in higher ed IT and advanced networking, she devoted much of her time to women and technology, as well as diversity and inclusion in STEM disciplines more widely.
Director
Michelle Bartley-Taylor joined the Center in 2016 and is currently serving as the Director where she champions meaningful programming initiatives and operational goals to move beyond the obstacles and help create a more collaborative climate for women to learn, work, and grow.
Assistant Director
Jeannette’s passion for technology and media has persisted her whole life and has currently found a happy home at the Center as Assistant Director.
Marketing Manager
An IU alumna, Kristin specializes in marketing, communications, and graphic design.
Office Manager
Ivette joined the Center in June 2021 as Administrative Assistant. She is originally from Bogota, Colombia, and holds a BA degree in Social Communication and Journalism and a post-graduate specialization in Strategic Management & Customer Service.
Program Coordinator
Samantha joined the Center in January 2021. Originally from Indianapolis, she has lived in Bloomington for ten years and received a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University in 2016.
Program Coordinator
Laura joined the Center in July of 2022 as a Part Time Program Coordinator. She holds a B.A. in Theatre from Auburn University and enjoys performing improv comedy in her spare time.
