Project Description
There has been an increased focus on equality in services to minorities online and in person. Online services may be less biased than in person because blatant differences may not be as noticeable, but at the same time, people behave online in less socially desirable ways, and online services may be biased as much or more than in person. Because prior research showed mixed results our research will aim to uncover if and how online services are biased.
Technology or Computational Component
