Dr. Anne Ottenbreit-Leftwich is the Barbara B. Jacobs Chair in Education and Technology and a Professor of Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University – Bloomington, where she also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science. She currently serves as the associate vice president for Learning Technologies in the Office of the Vice President for Information technology. Her work focuses on K-12 computer science curriculum design and professional development for educators, helping both preservice and inservice teachers integrate computing into their classrooms.

As a co-PI for the Expanding Computing Education Pathways (ECEP) alliance, Dr. Leftwich is committed to broadening participation in computing at the K-16 levels. Her research explores the adoption and implementation of technology in K-12 education, advancing equitable access to computer science learning opportunities.
