Project Description
We will analyze social media data regarding contentious scientific topics such as environmental, health issues, or artificial intelligence that appear to have contradicting information for the general public. We will investigate how the conversations and discussions evolve on different platforms (such as reddit, Twitter, and Instagram).
Technology or Computational Component
Data collection and some analysis may require programming as data collection uses API. The knowledge of using R would be helpful.
